About The Role:
Olive & June is looking for a driven self-starter who wants experience at a high growth startup within the beauty space. This candidate is extremely organized, analytical and proactive with great written communication and analytical skills. This candidate loves all things marketing and wants to make an impact by measuring the results of marketing initiatives and executing on specific programs, including referral, email, community management and more. This candidate loves to create an organized spreadsheet, track trends and juggle multiple priorities. This candidate is passionate about influencer marketing, social marketing and excited about finding ways to drive value with the Olive & June team.
Create and manage influencer lists and ambassador programs and track progress. Execute and report on email marketing initiatives and other like marketing initiatives. Execute community driven initiatives and measure success to inform future strategy.
